• £2.99 British Modules Express Logistics (1-5 Business Days): Our dedicated team ensures swift packing and dispatch for your order, aiming for delivery within 1 working day and guaranteed delivery in under 5 working days.

• £9.18 Royal Mail 48H (2 to 10 Business Days): Our Standard 48H delivery service is absolutely free! With our standard service, your order can be with you within 2 to 10 working days.

• £10.78 Royal Mail 24H (1 to 5 Business Days): Our paid express 24H facility can take 1 to 5 working days. A small fee will be added to your order at the checkout.

 £25.95 Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (1 Business Day): Our Special Delivery service offers a next business day delivery guarantee by 1pm for UK addresses, Subject to the availability of the recipient to receive the mail. In the event that your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you may request a refund for the shipping fees by contacting us, and we will then initiate a dispute with Royal Mail.

 £5.58 Evri (2 to 3 Business Days): Our Evri service is competitively priced at £5.58. The courier suggests a delivery time frame of 2 to 3 working days. This service offers the added convenience of store collection and other amenities, providing valuable benefits to a wide range of our customers.

 £9.92 Evri Next Day (1 to 2 Business Days): Our Evri Next Day service is priced competitively at £9.92. The courier proposes a delivery window of 1 to 2 business days. This service includes store pickup and additional features, delivering valuable advantages to many of our customers.

£12.34 DPD (1 to 2 Business Days): Our DPD Next Day service is priced competitively at £12.34. The courier recommends a delivery window of 1 to 2 business days. This service provides the additional convenience of store or delivery office pick-up, as well as other useful features tailored to meet the unique requirements of our esteemed clientele.

For international orders outside of the United Kingdom, only standard international shipping is offered.

We offer a fast, reliable, and low-priced international shipping service. We process and send parcels to over 230 countries and territories around the world with Royal Mail. We aim to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working days after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 7 working days after posting.

International Import Duties and Charges
It is important to inform our international customers, who reside outside of the UK mainland, that they may be subject to import duties imposed by their respective country's customs and border agencies. To minimize the potential financial impact, we will declare a reduced wholesale value for the items purchased, excluding labor and other business expenses. This practice aims to keep the declared cost low, which may result in either no customs fees or a significantly reduced amount.

While non-UK residents avoid the standard 20% government VAT charges, it's worth noting that paying a nominal import duty is still an acceptable expense and should not substantially affect your overall costs. We strive to provide a cost-effective solution for our international clientele, ensuring the best possible value for their purchases.

Once my order has been fulfilled can I track it?
Please be aware that due to the high demand on platforms such as eBay, OnBuy, Amazon, and our own website, we handle a large volume of items daily. As a result, we utilize a discounted business service which may not provide real-time updates on the progress of your parcel within the Royal Mail facility. However, rest assured that it does offer proof of delivery and enables tracking.
For our 48H Service, please allow at least 11 working days for your order to arrive. Similarly, for our 24H Service, please allow at least 6 working days. If your order has not been delivered within these timeframes, kindly contact us so that we can initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.
It is important to note that if your order has already been delivered, making a claim would be considered a criminal offense. However, in the event that your order is genuinely lost or misplaced during transit, we will be notified and can then arrange either a refund or send you a replacement item.

Do you issue a VAT invoice? Yes, we are capable of generating a professional invoice that you can utilize for bookkeeping and tax purposes, as well as for proof of purchase when requested by selling platforms like Amazon, eBay, and OnBuy. 

When do we issue an invoice? Our customers require an invoice for bookkeeping purposes or to provide proof of purchase when requested by selling platforms such as Amazon, OnBuy, and eBay. We have a firm policy of issuing invoices 30 days after the delivery date, and we strictly adhere to this policy.

Would selling platforms like Amazon, OnBuy, and eBay recognize your invoice? It is crucial to note that selling platforms such as Amazon require sellers to provide purchase orders in bulk, and they do not allow sellers to start selling with smaller purchase quantities. Additionally, these platforms contact our offices to verify the validity of your invoice. Once we confirm your purchase, they will grant you permission to sell the products sourced from us. However, please be aware that they reserve the right to reject your request based on your account history.

Taxes, VAT Charges Incorporating taxes and fees, All items available for purchase have their final prices displayed. It is worth mentioning that UK customers are exempt from the additional 20% VAT since British Modules operates below the VAT threshold.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return most items, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Faulty items can be returned for free, while for change of mind or errors, you'll need to cover return shipping. Certain products, such as screen protectors and used wires, may have more limited return windows due to their specific nature. You'll need proof of purchase and a tracking number for your return. Will I be responsible for paying return fees if the item I received is faulty? If the item you ordered arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we kindly request that you provide us with photos showcasing the damage to the packaging, parcel, and the content itself. Should the item be faulty and fail to function properly, please inform us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to initiate a return. Typically, we will ask you to use the most affordable tracked service available at https://send.royalmail.com/, which also offers free collection for return arrangements. Once your order is returned, we will conduct an investigation, and if the item is indeed found to be faulty, we will reimburse you for the return fees. However, please note that if the item is determined to be non-faulty or non-refundable, we will not compensate you for the return fees.

Non-Refundable Purchases
There are certain items that are not eligible for return. These include products that deteriorate over time and cannot be resold, such as Screen Protectors, Wires, and Cables (Please note that we do not accept returns or warranty claims on cables due to wear and tear. Normal deterioration of wires is not covered, and you have a 30-day return window). Additionally, accidental damage is not covered under our returns and warranty policy. Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items are also non-returnable. Troubleshoot Slow Charging Issues and Poor Connectivity with Cables and Power Adapters
Please be aware that in order for cables and power adapters to function properly, they must effectively conduct electricity. Occasionally, dust or lint can settle on the conductors of the cable or power adapter while they are stored in our or suppliers' warehouses. Furthermore, over time, it is common for dust and dirt to accumulate in the charging port of your phone or on the end of your cable/power adapter. This can lead to issues such as poor connectivity, slow charging, and even moisture buildup. To address this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Disconnect all components and gently blow air into the sockets to remove any accumulated dust from the conductors.
2. Clean any debris or lint that may be present in the phone's charging socket.
3. After thoroughly cleaning, firmly reconnect the charger to ensure optimal charging speed and connectivity.

Understanding why power adapters get warm and separating facts from fiction
Please be aware that power adapters and related accessories can naturally become hot during use. Unfortunately, there are misleading videos circulating on social media that exaggerate the potential danger. It is important to understand that such cases are extremely rare and often occur when the cable tip is damp or wet, leading to faults and charging surges. However, if your adapter is slightly warm, there is no need to panic. When connected to the wall, the adapter processes a significant amount of power (240v), which is normal and can cause heat. Additionally, using your phone while charging, having apps running in the background, or even the hot weather during summer can contribute to the phone feeling warmer than usual. Nevertheless, if you genuinely believe there is a fault and it needs to be addressed, please exercise common sense and discontinue use, returning the equipment for inspection. However, it is advisable to disregard false news articles, forums spreading misinformation, and baseless myths.

Colour Variations and Product Availability
At British Modules, we always strive to ensure the accuracy of your order. However, there may be instances where the product colour you have selected is not available. In such situations, we will proceed to send you the same product in alternative colours, shades, or patterns. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but assure you that receiving a product with the same functionality in different colours or patterns will still meet your needs.

Am I able to do exchanges?
