British Modules is a newly established electronics retailer seeking to source, produce and import high quality products and pass on the savings to the British and European Consumers.
What delivery options do you offer and how much does shipping cost?
For orders shipped within the Domestic United Kingdom, we have 3 shipping options:
• Free Standard 48H Service (2 to 10 Business Days): Our Standard 48H delivery service is absolutely free! With our standard service, your order can be with you within 2 to 10 working days.
• £1.99 Priority 24H Express Service (1 to 5 Business Days): Our paid express 24H facility can take 1 to 5 working days. A small fee will be added to your order at the checkout.
• £19.99 Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (1 Business Day): Our Special Delivery service offers a next business day delivery guarantee by 1pm for UK addresses, subject to the availability of the recipient to receive the mail. In the event that your order is not delivered within this timeframe, you may request a refund for the shipping fees by contacting us within 14 days of your purchase. We will then initiate a dispute with Royal Mail and issue a refund accordingly.
For international orders outside of the United Kingdom, only standard international shipping is offered.

Do you do international Deliveries and which countries do you ship to?
We offer a fast, reliable, and low-priced international shipping service. We process and send parcels to over 230 countries and territories around the world with Royal Mail. We aim to deliver items to Europe within 3 to 5 working days after posting and rest of world destinations within 5 to 7 working days after posting.

Once my order has been fulfilled can I track it?
We do have an internal tracking facility which is provided to us by our shipping partner however customers would not be able to track and trace their item once it has been shipped. Please allow 2 to 10 working days and if you order still hasn’t been delivered contact us so that we can track your order. if your order is lost we will log a case with Royal Mail and arrange a refund or a replacement to be sent to you.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order back to us. Return address is British Modules, 23 Darwin House, Kingsgate, WEMBLEY, HA9 9AX, United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for cost of returning an item. When returning an order or item, we advise customers to use tracked shipping and keep proof of delivery.
Am I able to do exchanges?
Return the item you currently ordered and then make a new purchase for the desired item after your return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want. Contact us at CustomerServices@BritishModules.com to begin the process.

Do you offer wholesale, distribution and drop shipping?
We provide wholesale discounts with no minimum order requirements to small traders, merchants, retailers and wholesalers.
