How to Initiate a Return (Steps & Instructions)
Once you begin a return via our website, you have 30 days to return your order.
If your item is faulty, we will not charge you for the return shipping label.
If you have changed your mind, please select “Non-Faulty Return” on our website.
A £2.70 flat-rate return shipping fee will apply for non-faulty returns.
To start a return:

• Log in using your purchase details.
• Locate your order details.
• Click the “Request Return” icon.
• Choose your reason for return from the drop-down menu.
• Provide any additional information in the notes section.
• Submit your request — our agents will process it promptly.

Timeframe for Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return through our website.
Free Returns for Faulty Items
If your item is faulty, simply log into our website and request a return.
We will provide a free prepaid return label.

Damages & Issues

Eligibility for Returns & Non-Returnable Items
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
• Cables (wearable/fragile items): 30-day warranty only. We cannot accept cable returns beyond 30 days due to natural wear and tear.
• Screen protectors (once unpacked) cannot be returned, as they are not resalable.
• Gadgets:
Eligible for return within 30 days.
After 30 days, the 1-year guarantee applies — the customer covers return shipping.
Once returned, the item will be inspected and sent to the manufacturer/supplier. A replacement will be sent free of charge if the warranty claim is approved.
• Accidental damage is not covered under our return, satisfaction, or warranty policies.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original product for a full refund.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days.
