Do you do international Deliveries and which countries do you ship to?

We provide fast, reliable, and affordable International shipping to over 230 countries and territories worldwide. Our goal is to deliver orders to Europe within 3–5 working days, and to the Rest of the world within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility.

As a sourcing agency serving business customers, bulk orders are normally shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. We cover shipping and carrier handling/clearance fees; the recipient is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

For smaller orders, we will contact you after purchase to confirm how you would like to handle applicable duties, taxes, and fees:

Pay through us: We can arrange payment on your behalf via an additional payment link, which may help avoid separate customs administration or collection fees from the carrier.

Pay on delivery: We will ship with applicable shipping and handling costs paid at checkout, and you can pay any customs duties, taxes, and import charges directly to the relevant authorities or carrier upon delivery.

If we do not hear from you, we will proceed on the basis that you prefer to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges upon delivery.

Where applicable, we normally declare the genuine wholesale value of the goods or raw materials, rather than the retail price or our sourcing/service fees. Customs duties and taxes are therefore generally calculated on the underlying value of the goods and exclude our profit, business expenses, and sourcing fees.

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may vary based on the goods, value, classification, and local regulations. We cannot guarantee the exact amount payable.
