Mobile Phone Grading Criteria
The mobile phones that we sell are assessed based on their cosmetic state, functionality, and the accessories included.
All mobile phones that we sell are classified under one of the following grades:
New: This category includes items that are brand new and never used, or those that have been opened but never purchased or used. They may also be ex-display items that are in pristine condition.
A - Mint: These items are in mint/new condition. The product is flawless; if any imperfections are present, they will be minor and won't affect overall look or functionality and will be classified as A grade. All accessories refer to everything that was originally supplied in the box. These will be official and in the same condition as the product; the original box and inserts may also be provided if available.
B - Good: The product is in good condition and supplied with all essential accessories. The original box and inserts may also be provided if available.
C - Working: The product is in poor cosmetic condition but fully functional, supplied with all essential accessories. The original box is likely not available; however, it will be provided if it's available.
